We want you to be fully stoked on your Fallen Footwear purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our hassle-free process ensures you can get back to skating as soon as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn shoes and any included accessories back into the original shoebox, then secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
